To register your child(ren) for 2020 – 2021 Holy Family Athletics:


Signups will be online for CYO registrations, Go to: https://reg.sportspilot.com/106624/login 

1.  Fees are due at time of registration.  Pay by Credit Card online or Make check payable to Holy Family Athletics.
2. Submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate if you not have done so in a previous year.
3. Complete the physical form (one per child) and have it signed by your family physician dated 6/1/18 or later. This registration form will be active with CYO for all sports between 6/1/18-5/31/19.All athletes must have this form completed PRIOR to the start of his/her first practice. NO ATHLETE WILL BE PERMITTED TO PLAY WITHOUT A COMPLETED CYO REGISRATION FORM!
4. Mail checks to: HFYC. c/o Holy Family Rectory, 3450 Sycamore Dr. Stow, OH 44224, by the deadline.See Holy Family Registration Form for deadline details for each sport.

Holy Family Panthers participate in the Summit County Area for the Diocese of Cleveland CYO programs for all sports. Each year we have over 400 athletes participate in our programs.   Our stated mission is: Holy Family will provide a quality athletic program for the youth of Holy Family Parish with the primary emphasis on participation, respect, building positive self- esteem and teaching of Christian values.
